Longonot gate is an integrated holiday, golf, leisure and conference resort city at the foot of Mt. Longonot in Naivasha. It is a world class, eco-friendly premier holiday golf, leisure and conference resort city in Africa. The project is divided into 3 different suburbs

Longonot gate has availed a range of country home designs with varying sizes in bungalow and villa styles. There are a total of 13 versions ranging from 2 to 5 bedroomed homes.

Country style design

The houses have been designed based on a country theme style which includes the use of outdoor colour schemes, natural external materials, a lot of day lighting and natural ventilation. The homes shall blend with the natural environment.

Safari style interior design

The homes have been designed with rustic safari style interiors. There is ample open plan design for public areas. The rooms and outdoor verandah areas are generous and efficient.
